Welcome to
From the incredible dune system to Puttering Park there’s a wealth of surprises behind the gates of this Cape Cod inspired neighborhood.
View The Market ReportI spend hours walking through the neighborhood sometimes just in awe of the architecture. Couple that with the hours I lose enjoying the dune walkover or cart path and I am here for the day when I visit. Truly one of my favorite communities on the east end I love the down-home feel of this neighborhood and the people in it. Those front porches aren’t meant for decoration. You will meet many a neighbor from your rocking chair as you enjoy the lazy days of beach life.
The most popular feature of the community is the Watersound Beach Club, an award-winning private resort by St. Joe. Its private access from the streets of Watersound directly to the club’s amenities are the reason once people live here they never want to leave.
The best part of Watersound is the network of meandering paths and walkovers connecting parks and amenities in its three unique neighborhoods. An added bonus: More than a mile of private beachfront, free from the congestion of public access.
Bruno’s Pizza runs their business with trust and honesty. After all, when is the last time you went to a restaurant and they told you to just let me know what you had when they ring you up? Their lunch buffet is unparalleled and I fully blame the garlic knots and sticky rolls for at least a five-point weight gain every summer but worth every calorie!
Don’t forget to swing into the gift shop for all things Watersound. Right outside the gates at the Big Chill is where you find the best shopping. Nicole Paloma is a friend and brilliant designer. Her breezy style embodies coastal sophistication in clothing.
Shop, Eat and Relax of course. A Wickey Art Studio is a personal favorite to browse her designs and enjoy the perfection of how she captures our beach landscape along 30A.
